So all in all it was a fairly successful trip to KZN. I managed six new species in total of which two were completely unexpected, Tropical Halfbeak and Sergeant Major. Tugela Mouth was a bit of a bust, I learnt as I was leaving that the North bank is probably the worst site at the mouth. Mama's house, the south bank and Seola are much better spots so a return trip is on the cards. Richards Bay was also a bit tough. It rained a lot and so made fishing quite hard. However I did learn a lot about the place and again, a return trip is in order.
